✅REGISTRATION INFORMATION
How to register or make updates to a current contract

Before you begin, have this information ready:
• Desired care schedule
• Two emergency contacts (not parents/guardians) and authorized pick-ups
• Health and medication information
• Payment method (credit card or ACH)

Getting Started:
Select your desired care section below ➡️ Enroll Now
• Create a New Contract: Scroll to “New Contract”
• Update a Current Contract: Scroll to “Current and Upcoming Contracts” and select your contract

Complete Registration:

• Select your child and follow the prompts
  (Repeat for each additional child)
• Verify your child’s information: name, birthdate, grade, and school
  (Preschoolers: select Kindergarten and enter their future Kindergarten year)
• Verify emergency contacts and authorized pick-ups

Emergency Contact Requirement:
You must list TWO emergency contacts in addition to parents/guardians.

How to Set Emergency Contact Order in Arux:

• Log in to your Arux Childcare account
• Go to “Manage Authorized Pickups”
• In the “Description” or “Notes” field, label contacts as #1, #2, #3, etc. next to their phone number. This prioritized and organizes contacts for emergency situations.
• Leave this field blank for anyone who is NOT an emergency contact
• Authorized pick-up persons do NOT need their address included.
