Level 4 Swim Lessons
Swimming Lessons
Participants will work on: • Head first entry in compact and stride positions • Perform front and back crawl, sidestroke • Perform open turns on front & back • Swim underwater, 3-5 body lengths • Swim breaststroke, butterfly & elem. backstroke • Flutter & dolphin kicks on back • Survival swim, 1 minute • Perform feet-first surface dive • Tread water using 2 different kicks

Swimming Lessons
This class will familiarize your child with the water and teach them swimming readiness skills, as well as an introduction to water safety. A swim diaper must be worn for children who are not trained. Parents MUST accompany children in the water. Participants 6 months-4 years learn to: • Feel comfortable & play safely in the water • Blow bubbles & submerge face • Explore floating & gliding on the back & front • Perform combined stroke on front/back with aid

The Dassel-Cokato High School Pool is available for lap swimming: THROUGH AUGUST: Thursday Mornings • 6:00-7:00 am BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 4: Monday & Wednesday Evenings • 6:30-7:30 PM (Enter PAC Door) Tuesday & Thursday Mornings • 6:00-7:00 AM (Enter High School Door G) (No lap 9/2, 9/3,10/17, 11/28) No need to pre-register. Payments can be made at the pool. Fee per time: $4/youth; $6/adult 10-punch passes: $32/youth; $48/adult; $42/ages 62+ For the most up to date pool calendar please check the Google Pool Calendar and check back for updates..

Enjoy this healthy and low impact water aerobics class. Each class incorporates cardio and resistance training. It is not necessary to know how to swim to take this class. Participate as a walk-in at a rate of $8 per time or sign up for an entire session. Minimum 5 participants.
