Little Chargers Childcare

Little Chargers Childcare offers childcare services to enrolled DC Play and Learn Preschool students. Our program is a balanced, high-quality opportunity that provides recreation, social skill development, basic skill reinforcement, and academic enrichment. Our dedicated staff provide a nurturing and fun environment for students attending Little Chargers Childcare. We offer care at two locations: Cokato Elementary and the Early Childhood Center. This program is an excellent flow from preschool to care, where children participate in fun, theme-based activities that support their preschool learning. 

•  Students must be enrolled in DC Play and Learn Preschool to be eligible for care.
•  If a preschool section is full and your child is on a waitlist, families may register for full-time care at Little Chargers Childcare while waiting for a preschool spot to open. 
• Families may choose between full-time care and preschool-day-only care. 
• A daily rest time is provided. If your child does not nap, we recommend registering for an afternoon preschool class. 
• All students must be able to use the bathroom independently. (recognize the need to go, use the bathroom alone, and change clothing if needed). 
• Summer care requires a separate registration before the start of summer.
