Little Chargers Childcare

Little Chargers Childcare provides care for children enrolled in DC Play and Learn Preschool. Our program offers a balanced, high-quality experience with recreation, social skill development, basic skill reinforcement, and academic enrichment. 

Our dedicated staff create a nurturing, fun environment where children can learn, play, and build friendships. Little Chargers provides a seamless transition from preschool to childcare, with fun, theme-based activities that complement and reinforce preschool learning. 

Who Can Enroll? 

• Children must be enrolled in Dassel-Cokato Play and Learn Preschool to be eligible for Little Chargers Childcare. 
• If a preschool section is full and your child is on the waitlist, families may register for full-time Little Chargers Childcare while waiting for a preschool opening. 
• Families may choose full-time care or preschool-day-only care. 
• A daily rest time is provided. (If your child does not nap, we recommend registering for an afternoon preschool class.)
• Children must be able to use the bathroom independently, including recognizing the need to go, using the bathroom independently, and changing clothing if needed. 
• Summer Care is available and requires a separate registration before the start of summer.
