Softball Open Training sessions

Join your friends in the gym to get a jumpstart on the summer softball season or get some additional reps in to help hone your softball skills. DC Softball Assn. members will be on hand for some basic skill instruction. Players can focus on throwing, catching, fielding, hitting, baserunning and pitching. The batting cage and pitching machine will also be available for use. These sessions are only available for DC softball players who played travel softball last summer or plan to play this upcoming season. Players must sign-in when they arrive and provide their own equipment (glove, bat, balls, helmet) and wear athletic apparel and tennis shoes. A limited supply of bats, helmets and balls will be supplied.
