This spring students in Grades 3-6 are invited to join the DC Youth Football 7 on 7 League. The focus of this one-hand touch football program will be learning football specific skills and applying them in games versus Rockford. Groups will practice together during the week and will separate into teams for weekend games. On April 13, DC teams will scrimmage each other. On the following two Sundays, DC will travel to Rockford on one day and host them on another, with the exact schedule still to be determined. Teams will be grouped as 3rd & 4th grade and 5th & 6th grade.

Equipment: Participants should wear rubber cleats, mouth guard and layers appropriate for the weather. Please bring tennis shoes with each session in the event practice is moved indoors. A team shirt will be provided for game days. Soft helmets are required and will be provided.
