Summer 2025
This strength and conditioning program is designed to provide total body conditioning while focusing on exercises specific to athletic development. Enhanced athletic performance will be achieved by improving the student’s range of motion, speed, strength, agility, coordination, and explosive power as well as learning ways to reduce the chance of injury. Athletes will be assessed at the beginning and end of the season so they can see their improvement in the following areas: power, speed, agility, muscular strength, and endurance. Participants will download the TeamBuildr training app to access their workout programs (a tablet will be available for those that do not have a cell phone).
Meet in the PAC Lobby each day.
