We’re back with more workshops for women who are entering or navigating perimenopause—and if you’re already in menopause, come on in, we’ve got you covered too! It’s time to discover some easy (and let’s be real, often delicious) tools for your diet and lifestyle to support your body during this wild ride.
We’ll share tips for managing those hormonal mood swings (because, let’s face it, they can be intense), and arm you with a ton of resources to help you thrive.
This isn’t just a “learn-and-go” session—this is about connecting. Come meet other women who are right there with you, share your stories, and leave feeling empowered, supported, and ready to embrace the change.
Janice Pedersen, a native of Minnesota, is well-acquainted with the state's hot summers and frigid winters. She values the warmth and generosity of her fellow Minnesotans and takes pleasure in both living and working within her community. Janice has a passion for coffee, engaging conversations, meeting new people, traveling, and hiking. Naturally inclined to help others, she finds fulfillment in supporting her clients on their journey to health and vitality. Janice is a certified Functional Health Coach, with a focus on supporting women in perimenopause and beyond.
