Level 4 Swim Lessons

Aquatics / Swimming Lessons -
Fall 2024

Participants will work on:

• Head first entry in compact and stride positions

• Perform front and back crawl, sidestroke

• Perform open turns on front & back

• Swim underwater, 3-5 body lengths

• Swim breaststroke, butterfly & elem. backstroke

• Flutter & dolphin kicks on back

• Survival swim, 1 minute

• Perform feet-first surface dive

• Tread water using 2 different kicks
