Get ready to engineer a little mischief! Dive into the world of simple machines, design thinking, and creative problem-solving and build a Leprechaun Trap. Learn the basics of engineering while applying physics and math concepts in a playful, holiday-themed challenge. A snack is included in this class.

Char Bzdok

Charlene Bzdok is a licensed educator with over 25 years of experience teaching science in a classroom setting. During her career, she’s taught a diverse selection of topics—including biology, math, chemistry, entomology, bird ecology, life science, physics, and more. In addition to her work in classrooms across Minnesota—working with students from different cultures and backgrounds—she’s also taught abroad in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Today, she organizes a range of community education courses to help students across over 30 school districts discover the basic principles of science, technology, physics, and of course baking and cake pop decoration.
