Gymnastics: Tumblers 4: Gr. K-6

Dassel-Cokato Tumblers Gymnastics is led by veteran coach Paula Wente, who brings years of experience and a passion for inspiring young gymnasts. Our program is designed to foster a love for gymnastics while helping children progress through multiple skill levels.

We offer a variety of classes, including toddler & preschool sessions, group lessons, and private instruction. Participants are welcome to enroll in multiple sessions per week for additional gym time. Please note that fees increase one week before the class start date.

Come Prepared for Class:

• Gymnasts should wear proper gymnastics attire: leotards or bike shorts with a tucked-in shirt (no strings, zippers, buttons, or attached skirts/tutus).
• Hair should be tied back, and jewelry must be removed.
• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Tumblers Level 1-4, Grades K-6

Level Placement: If your child is new to our Tumblers gymnastics program and believes they have skills beyond Level 1, a placement evaluation is required for Levels 2-4. To schedule an evaluation, contact Community Education at 320-286-4120.

Tumblers 4: After completing Levels 1-3, this level will be the next challenge; mastery of previous skills will continue and an increased attention to the development of more difficult skills will be emphasized. Conditioning will be introduced to assist in becoming stronger and more confident. The coach’s placement is required for this level. Skills acquired in this level, but not limited to, include: back walkover, front handspring, back handspring, start of aerial cartwheel, kips, squat on, tap swings & clear hip circle.
