Outdoor Evenings
Ages Birth-PreK with adult
Join us for a lively, outdoor based class where children and their caregivers connect through outdoor play, discovery, and movement! During the first half of class, you'll explore a variety of hands-on activities designed to support your child’s development while enjoying the fresh air and natural environment.
After an interactive outdoor circle time with songs and group activities, caregivers will step inside for a dedicated parent discussion time with the parenting educator while the children continue to explore and play under the guidance of early childhood teacher and paraprofessional.
Come dressed for the weather and ready to explore—we can’t wait to see you outside! (In the event of inclement weather, the fun continues indoors in our early childhood classroom.)
Separating Class: Midway through class, parents will move to a separate room for a guided discussion led by our parent educator—focusing on the joys, challenges, and milestones of this age group. Meanwhile, children will stay in the classroom to play, explore, and enjoy a snack with early childhood staff.
• Children ages 0–12 months remain with their parent during separation time.
• Children ages 1 and up must be able to sit and eat snack independently in order to separate.
