Cross Country Camp, Gr. 4-5
Participants will dive into the exciting and challenging sport of Cross Country. Each session will cover essential running techniques and various training methods designed to enhance their skills. Athletes will engage in different types of training, including easy/base runs, intervals, tempo/threshold workouts, and sprinting. The camp will conclude with a Mini-Meet, where participants can showcase their progress. As part of the registration fee, each participant will receive a t-shirt—please select a size when signing up. Participants should come prepared with running shoes, appropriate workout attire, and a water bottle. -
Track & Field Camp, Grades 1-6
Our program offers athletes exposure to a wide range of track and field events, including block starts, sprinting form, high jump, long jump, discus, and shot put. Instruction is designed for all skill levels, providing fundamental techniques and skill development. We understand that summers are increasingly busy, so we've designed this program to give kids valuable track and field experience while keeping the schedule manageable for families. Join us for an engaging and fun training experience!
