Volleyball: Fall Traveling LeagueVolleyballFall 2026-2026 Grades 5-6Coordinator: Varsity Head Coach Sydney Mawdsley This traveling volleyball program is designed for girls entering grades 5 and 6 who are looking for a competitive playing experience in the upcoming fall season. The season runs from late August through the first weekend of November, with teams practicing on weeknights. Games will be held at various locations, including Mound-Westonka, Glencoe-Silver Lake, Waconia, Orono, HLWW, NYA, Annandale, Jordan, Lester Prairie, and Hutchinson. Parents are responsible for transporting their child to and from all games and practices. Throughout the season, participants will have the opportunity to develop fundamental volleyball skills, including serving, passing, setting, attacking, and defense, while gaining valuable competitive experience. Practices: Begin in mid-August and will be held one to two nights per week, depending on gym and coach availability. A full practice calendar will be available later in the summer on the Community Education website at www.isd466.org/community-ed. Anticipated Game Schedule: Saturdays: September 12, 26, October 3, 10, 24 Each team will play two games per league date, and the season will conclude with a tournament. Date: October 31. Players and their families are also invited to attend Charger Varsity Volleyball’s Youth Night, with free admission to the game on Thursday, September 24. . Volunteer Coaches Needed!
