Starting SoonLevel C Swim LessonsSwimming LessonsAge 4-5 This class increases proficiency and builds on the basic skills learned in Level A & B. This course is for those students who are not afraid in the water and have had swim lessons on their own before. Participants will work on:: • Jump into shoulder-deep water with aid • Tread water with aid, 30 seconds • Change direction of travel while on front or back • Front, jellyfish & tuck floats, & recover to vertical position. • Swim on front for 5 body lengths, roll to back, float 15 sec., roll to front, swim for 5 body lengths. To successfully complete Level C student MUST: • Lay comfortably on their back and be able to relax • Put their face in the water and blow bubbles • Put head all the way underwater doing a full bob • Jump off the side of the pool and keep head above waterWater safety is a priority! Beyond the standard skills required by the Red Cross, our water safety instructors teach additional skills to enhance children's safety and preparedness in and around water. If a child were to fall into a body of water it is imperative that they learn how to stay calm, get on their back, orientate themself (find the shore/edge of pool/boat), and get out. You will observe this skill being reinforced daily in swim levels A, B, C and 1.For safety, swimmers MUST be comfortable with the following before advancing to the next swim level: Level C• Lay comfortably on their back and relax• Completely place face in the water & blow bubbles• Completely submerge head while doing a bob• Jump off the edge and keep their head above water Level 1 • Jump off the diving board• Independent Back float (5 seconds)Fall 2026 -

After lunch, children will continue to explore and engage in activities with our early childhood teacher and paraprofessional, while parents gather for a guided discussion with our parenting educator—offering a supportive space to share experiences, ask questions, and explore topics relevant to parenting. Mastering the Multi-CookerCulinaryInstructor: Chef Tess Georgakopoulos, Dish It Up Good Take the mystery out of your electric pressure cooker (multi-cooker) in this engaging, LIVE, chef-led virtual cook-along experience. Learn the foundations of cooking and care, and how to make a few amazingly satisfying dishes in your multi-cooker. Participants are invited to join in a hands-on cook-along creating the instructor’s Creamy- Cheesy Tuscan Chicken with Penne - a flavorful, family-friendly meal that is sure to be a new household favorite.
