LEVELS:Approx. age 12 & underWhite: Required to swim 25 freestyle and backstroke.Silver: Required to swim 50 meters in all four strokes and 100 IM.Age Group: Proficient in all four strokes. Workouts approx. 3,000 yards. Approx. age 13 & upSenior: For athletes fully committed to swimming and the team as a priority.Maintenance: For athletes to stay in shape/prep for the next HS swim season. Developmental Groups (Approx. ages 12 & under): Swimmers will be guided through the levels of competition they are developmentally ready for, learning about themselves as athletes along the way. Swimmers are grouped by skill level, not necessarily by age. NewLap SwimFitnessEnjoy a low-impact, full-body workout that improves endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and overall wellness. Participants should be comfortable swimming continuous laps and have basic freestyle proficiency. ✓ Do you need to Pre-Register? • No pre-registration required to attend.
