Week 1: Mandala Painting on a Wooden Round Start your journey with the soothing practice of mandala painting. As you create intricate, circular designs, you’ll learn mindful breathing techniques and calming strategies to help you relax and stay present in the moment. Week 2: Clay Vase Creation In week two, we’ll explore the tactile art of clay sculpting. You’ll craft your very own vase, tapping into the calming effects of working with your hands and the therapeutic flow of the creative process. Week 3: Glazing Your Vase In the final week, we’ll focus on adding the finishing touch to your vase by applying glaze. This hands-on activity will help you slow down, stay centered, and fully engage with the artwork you've created. Throughout the course, you'll learn stress-reduction techniques, practice mindfulness, and leave each session feeling more relaxed and focused.
