Participants will dive into the exciting and challenging sport of Cross Country. Each session will cover essential running techniques and various training methods designed to enhance their skills. Athletes will engage in different types of training, including easy/base runs, intervals, tempo/threshold workouts, and sprinting. The camp will conclude with a Mini-Meet, where participants can showcase their progress. As part of the registration fee, each participant will receive a t-shirt—please select a size when signing up. Participants should come prepared with running shoes, appropriate workout attire, and a water bottle.
