B.O.M.B. Moms: Summer Online Conditioning Community
Aquatics / Fitness -
Spring 2026
This online conditioning program is designed to build a supportive fitness community while offering the flexibility many moms need during the summer months. Participants will receive a three-month workout program with weekly guidance from the instructor.
Workouts are provided Monday through Friday, with flexible options for selecting workout days to fit individual schedules. Workouts are structured around specific cardiorespiratory heart-rate zones and can be completed in a variety of ways, including walking, biking, rowing, and more—either indoors or outdoors. Each week also includes a metabolic strength-training workout.
The full workout program will be provided in a paper or digital format (emailed), and participants will also receive a weekly email from the instructor for support, guidance, and accountability.
A group chat option will also be available for daily encouragement, questions, and sharing workout/heart-rate progress.
Heart-Rate Monitor Requirement
Participants must have a heart-rate monitor to complete the program. Recommended models include the Polar H9 or Polar H10.
Optional In-Person Workouts & Set-Up Guidance
Two optional in-person sessions will be offered for participants who would like to:
- preview the program before fully committing
- receive hands-on guidance with workouts
- ask questions
- learn how to properly use their heart-rate monitors
