Level 3 Swim Lessons

Participants will work on:

• Dive from kneeling or seated position

• Use rotary breathing in horizontal position

• Perform front & back crawl & elem. backstroke

• Flutter, scissors, breaststroke & dolphin kicks

• Tread water, 1 minute

• Floats: Back, 1 minute; Survival, 30 seconds

Water safety is a priority!
Beyond the standard skills required by the Red Cross, our water safety instructors teach additional skills to enhance children's safety and preparedness in and around water. If a child were to fall into a body of water it is imperative that they learn how to stay calm, get on their back, orientate themself (find the shore/edge of pool/boat), and get out.
