Baseball: Charger Camp
The Charger Baseball Camp offers an exciting opportunity for players to elevate their skills and take their game to the next level. Designed to develop all facets of baseball, the camp emphasizes proper fundamentals and techniques while creating a fun and supportive environment for all participants. Players in grades 2 through 4 will focus on essential skills such as throwing, catching, baserunning, hitting, defensive positioning, and establishing a solid batting stance at the plate. Those in grades 5 through 8 will build on these fundamentals while also learning advanced strategies, including 1st and 3rd base defense, cutoff plays, and bunt defense. Participants should come prepared with their glove, bat, cleats (if available), water bottle, and athletic attire. This camp is a fantastic chance to improve skills, gain confidence, and enjoy time on the field with peers. -

This program is designed to introduce young players to the fundamentals of baseball in a fun and supportive environment, with a focus on skill development, teamwork, and game play. Teams will practice on Sundays and play games on Wednesdays in an in-house league consisting of Grades K and 1, giving players the opportunity to build confidence and improve their skills throughout the season. Coaches will pitch live to batters, helping players develop their hitting technique while continuing to learn catching, throwing, fielding, and base running. Players must provide their own glove and wear athletic apparel and tennis shoes or cleats. The course fee includes a team jersey and hat. The first session will meet at the high school quad field pavilion. Join us for an exciting season of baseball and help your child grow their love for the game! We are also looking for parent volunteers to help coach. The coordinator will provide instruction during practices while coaches will lead on game nights.
