Summer Entertaining with Mediterranean Mezze
Bring vibrant Mediterranean flavors to your summertime gatherings! Mezze—an assortment of small bites, dips, and shareable dishes—is perfect for crowd-pleasing summer entertaining. On the Mezze Menu: Mediterranean Kebabi; full flavored/seasoned ground meat skewers with Greek Drizzle Dressing, Tiropitakia; Phyllo wrapped savory cheese triangles, accompanied by Tzatziki; Savory Greek Yogurt Dip, and Greek hummus, in addition to homemade Pita Bread! Learn how to make, wrap, present, and plate these delicious wonders with a wonderful Greek Salad.
Required: Equipment Needs: Food processor for making the humus, stand mixer with dough hook attachment for the pita bread. Access to a computer (or smartphone) with the internet.
While cooking-along is loads of fun, and highly recommended, it is optional. Participants receive a list of ingredients to be purchased prior to class. Class fee includes family members living full-time in the same home.

Tess Georgakopoulos, known as “Chef Tess—Culinary Artist,” brings over 45 years of cooking and baking experience. Raised in a Greek family where food is an expression of love, she learned alongside her chef father creating traditional, hands-on meals.
Today, Chef Tess continues to explore new recipes and techniques in her test kitchen, delivering creative, high-quality culinary experiences to communities across Minnesota and beyond.
