Level 2B Swim Lessons

Participants will work on::

• Tread water, 30 seconds

• Back float, 30 seconds

• Rotary breathing

• Intro to flutter, scissors, breaststroke & dolphin kicks

• Change from horizontal to vertical position on front & back

• Front & back crawl & elem. backstroke

Water safety is a priority!
Beyond the standard skills required by the Red Cross, our water safety instructors teach additional skills to enhance children's safety and preparedness in and around water. If a child were to fall into a body of water it is imperative that they learn how to stay calm, get on their back, orientate themself (find the shore/edge of pool/boat), and get out.
