Ages 4-5 (Min. age 4 by the end of class.)

In this level your child is introduced to basic skills that will lay the foundation for future skill development of swim strokes.

Participants will work on:

• Enter & exit water on own & swim 5 yds

• Submerge mouth and blow bubbles for 3 sec.

• Glide on front for at least 2 body lengths

• Roll to back and float for 3 seconds

• Roll from front to back and back to front

To successfully complete Level A, student MUST:

• Lay comfortably on their back and be able to relax

• Put their face in the water and blow bubbles
